Match Report:
The Leopard's had their first win of the season 3-2 and although Andrew & myself would like to think that it was through good training and preparation, on the day the kids lifted and showed their true potential as good team work and passing the ball can make the difference. George was outstanding as our striker scoring 2 goals and was player of the day but everyone else supported to get the ball up front. Connor is showing that he can get around any team and is providing great passes to the centre. Lexi showed us GIRL POWER once again never frightened to mix it in the middle with the boys. Jayden scored from a powerful effort in the middle, Henry and Brayden proved that they are well suited as either striker or midfield. Cameron was strong in goals but has told me he likes to mix it up on the field and showed his skill with the ball. A very special mention to JARROD who at late notice played the second half in goal and stopped a strong finishing Minmi team WELL DONE JARROD we are VERY proud of your efforts. We have this weekend off so stay tuned for the next report to see how loud our little Leopard's roar

Result : 2-0 loss
Match Report: This was Leopard's third outing and the team is learning every week about positions and adapting to the change in the rules for their age group . Although we went down the team played extremely well. Brayden & Cameron worked well in the goals against a strong Medowie attack and were well supported by Jayden, Jayme & Danny defending at the back. In the midfield Lexi, Jarrod & Henry kept pushing the ball forward. Up front saw George working well with Connor who was the player of the match.Well done Connor.
All parents should be proud of the kids as they all displayed great sportsmanship and represent the club with pride.
This Saturday we are away to Minni at 10:40am so lets see if we can get our first win. Most important HAVE FUN KIDS. "Go LEOPARDS "
